Where we’ve been

In the two years since the highly-anticipated release of Milo, we’ve been busy adding: Email Integration; Commons, a split network; third-party integrations (Daxtra, EmployeeReferrals.com, Google Drive and more); user translations; Submit to Client; the HR product, the CATS Chrome extension; and many more features, improvements and bug fixes. But wait, there’s more!

Where we’re going

Like Milo before it, Leo looks great, with a more modern UI. It’s faster and has amazing new features you’ve been asking for. Leo will knock your socks off:

• Find candidates on Indeed, directly from CATS via external search. We’ll be adding more search partners, too.
• With the customizable dashboard, put the information you want at the forefront of CATS.
• Gauge the effectiveness of your email campaigns with new email statistics, including clicks, opens and spam complaints.
• Speedy in-place form editing allows you to update data directly from any profile page, without waiting for a page load. See preview below.
• The reworked “preview” mode shows you the most important candidate information at a glance and allows for efficient interaction
• Export your candidate and contact lists to MailChimp, for more powerful mass emailing capabilities.
• And of course a lot of other cool stuff.
